No this is simply a medical advice call centre.

Will this service prescribe medication for me?

This will depend on the circumstances of your case and will be decided upon by the service provider. Alternatively, the service provider will point you to a doctor or clinic that can assist you.

Will this service assist in a medical emergency?

Yes. Simply press the dial button within the DuePoint App and the service provider will assist you. Including organizing emergency response directly to you where necessary. Please be aware that any costs in this regard will be for your account and will not be provided by this service.

What medical practitioners are included in this service?

The service includes nurses, doctors and specialists. However, you will start with a nurse when you first call in but these will escalate your call to the correct doctor where required or applicable.
